Delete your CourtKeeper account

You can permanently delete your CourtKeeper account from the web, iPhone, or Android app. CourtKeeper removes sign-in access and anonymizes your direct personal identifiers while preserving limited records that your club needs to operate.

Delete your account in CourtKeeper

1. Sign in to CourtKeeper.
2. Open My account.
3. Choose Delete My Account.
4. Review the consequences, type DELETE, and confirm.

Deletion is permanent. Your current sessions and registered notification devices are removed as part of the process.

If you are a Head Pro

CourtKeeper will pause deletion if you are the last active Head Pro for any club. Another active user must be appointed Head Pro first so the club is not left without an administrator. A CourtKeeper SYSTEM operator can perform that audited appointment after the club identifies the replacement.

If you cannot sign in

Email support@courtkeeper.io from the address associated with your CourtKeeper account and ask for account deletion. We will verify that you control the account before processing the request. Never send your password or a sign-in code by email.

What is deleted or anonymized

• Your sign-in email, password hash, verified phone number, and profile name.
• Passkeys, recovery codes, sign-in links, password-reset links, and active sessions.
• Web, iPhone, and Android push-notification registrations.
• Direct contact fields on club profiles and invitation records tied to the account.

What is retained

Reservations, clinic and camp rosters, lesson history, financial or compliance evidence, and append-only security audit records may be retained when CourtKeeper or your club needs them for legitimate operational, legal, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes. These records remain linked to an anonymized account identifier and no longer carry your direct contact information.
